How long is the program?
One year. That's what it takes to give your business the launch pad it needs to build a $250K revenue engine.
What's included?
Four levels of support:
1. The GROW Independent Curriculum — A step-by-step video and written guide for building and operating your $250K revenue engine.
2. Weekly Live Coaching — 36 group coaching sessions per year, Tuesdays at 2pm ET.
3. The Telegram Community — Our shared communication channel. Most clients post weekly (or daily) for support. I respond to almost every message within 24 hours — often sooner — using a mix of audio, video, and text.
4. Unlimited Content Review — Submit as many pieces of marketing and sales content as you'd like throughout the year. I'll coach you on which pieces to prioritize so you're getting real value from the process, not just waiting on feedback.
How does content review work?
Submit pieces through the Telegram chat. I'll respond within 5 business days, usually sooner. Sometimes my feedback is extremely detailed — I may help you write portions (or all) of a post, landing page, email, or webinar. Other times it's high-level. It depends on what you submit and what will make the biggest difference for your business.
Is there any 1:1 coaching?
All coaching happens in a group setting or through Telegram. This is by design — every member benefits from learning alongside the team, and that collective dynamic is what drives accelerated growth and results.
How long does the curriculum take to complete?
Roughly 20 lessons, each with a corresponding ~30-minute video. You could complete it in a single day or spread it over several weeks. Most clients find the content valuable enough to revisit lessons multiple times as they implement.
How much time does the program take each week? What if I can't make some calls?
Live coaching calls are 90 minutes. Attend all of it or just the portion that's useful — whatever works for you and your business. Most clients find the calls valuable enough to stay the full time, but there will be weeks (or seasons) when that's not possible, and that's fine.
What is the criteria to join?
GROW Independent is an advanced mastermind for seasoned consultants, coaches, and advisors. The foundation for success is the ability to sell yourself and your services to your existing network. If you've already landed sales in your business, you're likely ready.
What kind of marketing does the program teach?
The program focuses on:
- Creating your intellectual property (IP)
- Identifying your corner of the market — your positioning and niche

Does the program teach paid advertising?
Yes and no. For most clients, running ads isn't the right fit. For some, it's a perfect fit. I'll help you figure out which camp you're in. If it makes sense for your business, I'll coach you on all aspects of running high-converting paid traffic campaigns — from ad content to funnel strategy. These topics aren't part of the core curriculum, but I coach on them regularly. GROW Independent is not an ads-focused program, but it's a great fit if you're considering ads for the first time.
Who is this program for?
Independent consultants, coaches, and advisors from any industry or functional area. If your business depends on talking to people and selling through 1:1 conversations or 1:many sales events, this is a strong fit.
The main criteria isn't your industry — it's your readiness to create a $250K revenue engine by building your own intellectual property and using it to grow your audience.
Do you teach online marketing and selling?
Yes. The program will teach you the simplest, most effective strategies and tactics for growing an audience of buyers online and converting them to clients.
Do I have to use social media?
No. It's roughly a 50/50 split in the cohort — some clients lean heavily into social media, others avoid it entirely. We'll design a Revenue Engine that fits your business. And honestly, half the value of the program comes from watching others get coached on their engine design. It will clarify and simplify things you didn't even know you were unclear on.
What if I don't know my niche or haven't nailed my offers yet?
We cover this extensively. It's one of the most important topics in the program. Identifying your exact corner of the market — who you work with and why — takes time and bold decision-making. I teach you exactly how to do it with a focus on landing sales. It's in the curriculum, and I coach on it constantly.
What's the difference between GROW Independent and Go Independent?
Go Independent is the foundational program. It teaches you how to sell yourself and your services through word of mouth — getting people into discovery calls and converting those calls into sales using custom proposals.
Once you've mastered that, you're ready for GROW Independent. Here, we tackle more sophisticated strategies: building an audience of buyers, creating an end-to-end sales process (your Revenue Engine), and fueling that engine with high-converting content across written, spoken, and video formats.
What if I'm already at or near $250K?
This program is a strong fit if you want to build an audience of buyers and take your marketing and sales to the next level. The income threshold isn't the point — the goal is. Whether you're at $20K, $200K, or $500K, if you're ready to build a Revenue Engine tailored to your business, GROW Independent delivers.
One note: if you've never sold yourself and have no sales ability yet, this program isn't the right starting point. But if you've closed at least one client, chances are you're ready.
What's your refund policy?
No refunds. The moment you sign up, you have full access to the curriculum, the process, and all of the content. For that reason, all sales are final.
What results should I expect?
The goal is a revenue engine that generates $250K in annual income. Some clients get there quickly. Others take longer. It comes down to three factors:
1. Your industry and the type of business you run
2. Your existing skills in selling and marketing
